1. Turn business relationships into opportunities.
Introduce POSIBLI + Inventonet to businesses that need connected checkout, inventory and business operations. As a Business Partner, you guide your clients from the first conversation to plan selection, onboarding and an ongoing relationship.
This program is for people who want to build a business around helping other businesses adopt the platform.
2. Who can become a partner?
Business developers
People who can identify business needs, demonstrate solutions and develop lasting client relationships.
IT providers and consultants
Teams that help clients choose software, configure systems and improve everyday operations.
Entrepreneurs and local networks
People with connections to retailers, restaurants, service businesses and other organizations.
3. Your role, from lead to subscription
- Find and qualify leads. Understand the business, its workflow and the problems it wants to solve.
- Introduce the platform. Show relevant features using the live demo and explain how they fit the client's needs.
- Recommend the right services. Select and configure the proposed plan and services within the program's approved options.
- Coordinate subscription and onboarding. Guide the client through the agreed commercial terms and setup process.
- Maintain the relationship. Follow up on adoption, coordinate support and identify changing needs or renewal opportunities.
4. A platform for your partner operations
Partner Management in POSIBLI Admin provides a place to manage your client journey, from leads to subscriptions and plan configuration. Access and responsibilities are arranged during partner onboarding.
5. Choose how you want to build your partner business
From introductions to ongoing client management, these four models offer different levels of involvement.
1. Referral Partner
Proposed earnings: 10% for the first 12 paid months.
Introduce a qualified prospect. Xybersoft handles demonstrations, closing and onboarding.
Commission is based on eligible subscription revenue collected from the referred client.
Best fit: People who can make introductions but prefer limited ongoing involvement.
Tradeoff: Easy to start, with less incentive for continuing account management.
2. Sales Partner
Proposed earnings: 20% for the first 12 paid months, then 10% on renewals.
Find prospects, demonstrate the platform, recommend a plan, close the sale and conduct client check-ins. Renewal earnings depend on maintaining the client relationship under the agreed terms.
Xybersoft performs most implementation and technical support.
Best fit: Salespeople and business developers who want to own the sales relationship.
3. Managed Solutions Partner
Recommended model for building an ongoing service business.
Proposed earnings: 20% recurring while actively managing the account, plus fees for services you deliver.
Handle sales, configuration, onboarding, training and first-line assistance. Coordinate platform issues with Xybersoft.
Agree the scope and pricing of your implementation, training or support services with the client and Xybersoft.
Tradeoff: More ongoing earning opportunities, with greater training and service responsibilities.
4. Reseller
Proposed wholesale discount: around 25–30%.
Sell, bill, collect and support clients. Set the approved retail package under a separate reseller agreement.
Best fit: Established providers that want more commercial independence and can manage billing and support.
Tradeoff: Greater control, with more collection and support responsibility.
Example earnings
For illustration only, assume one client pays ₱5,000 per month in eligible subscription revenue. This is a calculation example, not POSIBLI plan pricing.
- Referral: 10% = ₱500 per paid month, up to ₱6,000 across 12 paid months.
- Sales: 20% = ₱1,000 per paid month in the first 12 paid months; the proposed 10% renewal rate would be ₱500 per eligible renewal month.
- Managed Solutions: 20% = ₱1,000 per eligible paid month while actively managing the account, plus separately agreed service fees.
- Reseller: A 25–30% discount on a ₱5,000 reference price would leave a ₱1,250–₱1,500 spread if sold at that price, before your own costs. Actual wholesale and retail prices require agreement.
How clients pay
The default arrangement is for clients to pay Xybersoft directly. Partner commissions are handled according to the agreed arrangement. Reseller collection is an alternative requiring a separate agreement.
What your agreement needs to confirm
- Eligible subscription revenue and the treatment of taxes, discounts, refunds, cancellations and unpaid invoices.
- Lead registration, attribution and how existing clients or duplicate leads are handled.
- Commission start date, paid-month counting, renewal eligibility, upgrades and downgrades.
- Payout schedule, required documentation and any minimum payout amount.
- Active account management expectations, support responsibilities and what happens if an account is reassigned or the partnership ends.
- Approval of service fees, reseller pricing and any alternative client payment arrangements.
These details will be settled before selling under the program. Earnings depend on paying clients, services delivered and the agreed terms.
