- "User" or "You" refers to merchants, customers, or any individual using POSIBLI.
- "Merchants" refer to businesses using POSIBLI for transactions and loyalty management.
- "Services" refer to all functionalities provided by POSIBLI, including customer rewards, payments, and marketing features.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Merchants must comply with all applicable laws when using POSIBLI for transactions.
3. Loyalty Program & Transactions
For Customers:
- Loyalty points or rewards are subject to merchant-defined policies.
- Rewards may be applied automatically or manually at checkout.
- POSIBLI is not responsible for disputes over rewards between merchants and customers.
For Merchants:
- Merchants determine reward structures, discounts, and promotions.
- POSIBLI provides a platform but is not liable for how businesses manage loyalty programs.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use POSIBLI for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions.
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to hack the system.
- Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
5. Fees & Payments
- Merchants may be subject to subscription fees or transaction charges for using POSIBLI.
- Any payments processed through POSIBLI are handled by third-party payment providers.
- POSIBLI does not store customer payment details—transactions are encrypted for security.
6. Data Privacy & Security
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Service Availability & Changes
POSIBLI strives to provide a reliable service but may:
- Update or improve features without prior notice.
- Suspend or terminate services if users violate these Terms.
- Limit access during maintenance or technical issues.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
- POSIBLI provides services "as is" and "as available" and does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We are not responsible for any losses resulting from system downtime, data loss, or merchant errors.
- Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
9. Termination & Suspension
POSIBLI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- A user violates these Terms.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.
- A merchant fails to comply with agreed-upon payment terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
